Fabrication Assurance - FA (Dimension Control)
To ensure that verified design is fabricated exactly as designed. We check fabrications for correctness using our accurate 3D laser scanning technology, fabricated spools, equipment and structures are scanned, the laser models of which are superimposed on the design models to ensure that there are no unallowable discrepancies between what is being fabricated and what was designed.
At SRCL we use our 3D laser scanning expertise to provide non-contact Calibration and Inspection services of Storage Tanks.
Our technique is much safer, faster and reliable than conventional methods requiring strapping.
With our Laser profilometry of tanks we provide time and cost-efficient high resolution data quality which is not obtainable via conventional methods of measurement.
